Sunlight Graphics LLC ("Sunlight Graphics," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, place an order, upload files, or communicate with our team.
It covers information about individual customers and business contacts. For detailed website tracking information, read our Cookie Policy. Website use, artwork permissions, and ordering rules are covered by our Terms of Use.
2. How we use information
- Prepare quotes, review artwork, create proofs, produce orders, and arrange pickup or delivery.
- Process payments, maintain order records, manage accounts, and provide customer support.
- Send order confirmations, proof requests, delivery updates, and other service communications.
- Send product information and promotions, subject to your preferences and applicable requirements.
- Understand customer interests, improve our website and services, and measure marketing performance.
- Help protect our business and customers, address disputes, and meet legal obligations.
3. When we share information
We share information where needed to operate our business and provide services. Recipients may include:
- Service providers: website and ordering-platform providers, payment processors, production and fulfillment partners, delivery services, and providers supporting customer communications or marketing.
- Analytics and advertising providers: companies whose tools are described in our Cookie Policy. Their services can receive information about your device and activity on our website.
- Promotion partners: if you participate in a joint contest or promotion, participating companies may use relevant information to administer it, communicate with participants, and carry out the promotion. Review any additional notice provided for that activity.
- Legal or authorized recipients: when disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or made at your direction.
We do not sell or rent customer contact lists for money. Disclosures through advertising technologies are different and may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some privacy laws even when no money changes hands. See our Cookie Policy and the privacy-choice sections below.
4. Website tracking and the Cookie Policy
We and third-party providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, analytics, communication tools, and advertising. Providers include Google, Microsoft Clarity, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho SalesIQ, and Facebook integrations.
These tools may collect identifiers and activity information. Advertising providers may collect information over time and across websites. Our Cookie Policy forms part of this privacy disclosure and explains the technologies, providers, purposes, duration, browser privacy signals, and available controls. Privacy requests and applicable California rights are explained below.
5. Your choices and privacy requests
Marketing emails: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email orders@sunlightgraphics.com to opt out. You only need to identify the email address to be removed; no account or fee is required. We will honor marketing-email opt-out requests within 10 business days. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary order, account, or service messages. An existing opt-out is not canceled simply because you place another order.
Postal mail and promotional calls: Contact us using the details below and tell us which communications you want to stop. We may keep a limited suppression record so we can respect your preference.
Account information: Sign in to your account to review and update available account details, or contact us for help.
Privacy requests: Email or call us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Tell us what you are requesting and provide enough information to locate the relevant account or order. Before releasing or deleting personal information, we may need to verify your identity. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents. Requests are subject to applicable law and any permitted exceptions.
6. California privacy rights
Depending on whether a law applies to our business and the information involved, California residents may have rights to know and access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing for advertising, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Applicable law also protects consumers from discrimination for exercising these rights.
To submit a request, use the email or phone number below. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf, subject to the authorization and verification requirements that apply. We will handle applicable requests within the time required by law. For general information about these rights, visit the California Attorney General's CCPA information page.
7. Personal information in files and records
Artwork, photographs, mailing lists, and other files may contain personal information about you or other people. We process that information to carry out the project and for the purposes described in this policy. If a project includes confidential or sensitive records, discuss appropriate handling with us before uploading it. Artwork permissions and proof approval are addressed in our Terms of Use.
How long a record is kept can depend on its purpose and the requirements that apply. Order, invoice, artwork, and communication records may be needed to complete or support orders, assist with reorders, maintain business records, or address legal obligations and disputes. Account closure or a deletion request does not necessarily remove records that must be retained.
Contact us about the retention or deletion of a particular file, mailing list, or order record. Cookie duration and browser storage are explained separately in the Cookie Policy.
8. Information security
Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt information transmitted between your browser and the site. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Payment information is collected as needed to process a transaction, and its handling depends on the payment method and provider. Please use the designated payment process, protect your account credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity. Payment obligations and responsible account use are addressed in the Terms of Use.
9. Children's privacy
Our website and ordering services are intended for adults, businesses, and organizations, rather than children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without the parental consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.
10. Third-party privacy notices
Third-party services may process information for their own purposes under their own privacy notices. This policy describes our practices and does not govern those independent practices. Provider information and relevant tracking-related privacy links are available in the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above. For a new use of information that was not previously disclosed, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to opt out and obtain consent where required by law.
