What types of signs and graphics do you install?
Installation may be available for eligible window graphics,
business-hours decals, frosted film, perforated window graphics,
wall graphics, floor graphics, lobby signs, directional signs,
rigid sign panels, banners and event displays. Availability depends
on the product, material, dimensions, mounting method, site
conditions, access and project scope.
Do you install window graphics and storefront decals?
Yes, installation may be available for eligible storefront window
graphics, door decals, business-hours lettering, frosted privacy
film, perforated window graphics, clear vinyl, front-adhesive
graphics and promotional window displays. Provide measurements,
panel photos, viewing direction and information about frames,
handles, seams and obstructions.
Can you install wall murals and floor graphics?
Installation may be available for eligible wall murals, adhesive
wall graphics and floor graphics on compatible surfaces. Adhesion
and installation depend on texture, cleanliness, paint condition,
surface coating, temperature, moisture, expected traffic and
removal requirements. Recently painted or uncertain surfaces should
be identified before ordering.
Do you install rigid signs and wayfinding panels?
Installation or mounting may be available for eligible
non-electrical lobby signs, room signs, directional signs,
wayfinding panels, parking signs, information signs and rigid
display boards. The final method depends on the sign material,
weight, mounting surface, hardware, height, site access and property
requirements.
Can you install banners and temporary event displays?
Installation or setup may be available for eligible banners,
backdrops, sponsor boards, directional signs and temporary event
displays. Provide the finished dimensions, event location, indoor
or outdoor use, mounting area, available structures, access times
and required installation and removal dates.
Will you install signs or graphics supplied by another company?
Customer-supplied signs or graphics may be considered only after
the materials, dimensions, condition, mounting method, hardware and
site requirements have been reviewed. Acceptance is not guaranteed,
and Sunlight Graphics cannot confirm compatibility, performance or
replacement responsibility for an unreviewed product supplied by
another source.
Do you need measurements, photos or a site visit?
Most installation quotes require accurate measurements and clear
site photos. Multi-panel windows, elevated locations, unusual
surfaces, restricted access, complex mounting or larger projects
may require additional review or a site visit before production and
installation can be confirmed.
How should the installation area be prepared?
The installation area should be accessible, free of furniture,
vehicles, merchandise and other obstructions, and ready at the
scheduled time. Glass, walls and other surfaces may require
appropriate cleaning or preparation. Existing damage, failing
paint, residue, coatings, recent painting, uneven surfaces and
access restrictions must be disclosed before installation.
Who is responsible for permits and property approval?
The customer is responsible for confirming landlord, property
manager, venue, HOA, municipal, code and permit requirements unless
another responsibility is specifically included in the written
project scope. Required approvals should be obtained before
production or installation is scheduled.
How much does installation cost and how long does it take?
Installation pricing and scheduling depend on the number of
graphics, dimensions, installation height, surface conditions,
access, hardware, removal needs, travel, parking, equipment,
installation complexity and preferred date. Outdoor installation
may also be affected by weather. Submit the complete site and
product information so the scope, pricing and schedule can be
reviewed.
