Printing

Sunlight Graphics provides coordinated commercial printing and graphics support for Sacramento-area businesses, organizations and events. Our capabilities include business cards, flyers, brochures, postcards, presentation folders, booklets, catalogs, newsletters, forms, stationery, posters, stickers and labels, direct mail, signs, banners, window and wall graphics, custom flags, branded apparel and custom project support.

We can help with one-time orders, bulk quantities, multi-product campaigns and repeat printing programs. Available options depend on the product, quantity, materials, finishing, artwork and required date, so complex projects are best started through our Request a Quote form.

For most custom apparel orders, we use direct-to-film (DTF) transfers applied with professional heat-press equipment. DTF works well on cotton, polyester and many blended garments, supports detailed full-color artwork and is practical for both small and larger quantities.

The best production method depends on the garment, artwork, number of colors, print locations and quantity. We review those details before production and may recommend another decoration method when it better suits the project.

Yes. Embroidery and screen printing may be available by custom quote, depending on the garment type, artwork, number of colors, placement and quantity. Embroidery is often a strong choice for polos, hats, jackets and professional uniforms, while screen printing can be cost-effective for suitable higher-quantity designs.

Because these services require project-specific review, send us the garment details, quantities, sizes, artwork and required date through the Request a Quote form. We will confirm the recommended method, pricing and production schedule.

Print-ready PDF is preferred because it preserves page size, fonts and layout. We can also review high-resolution JPG, PNG and TIFF files, as well as editable vector files such as AI, EPS or SVG when appropriate. Files that contain linked images or special fonts should be packaged correctly or converted to outlines.

For best results, build artwork at the final size, use CMYK color where possible, include the required bleed, keep important text inside the safe area and supply raster images at approximately 300 DPI at final size. Large-format artwork may use a proportional scale. Review our Artwork Guidelines or contact us before submitting unusual files.

Customer-supplied apparel may be accepted for certain heat-transfer projects after we review the garments. Items must be new or freshly cleaned, dry, wrinkle-free and suitable for the selected temperature and pressure. Cotton, polyester and many blends are commonly compatible, but coatings, waterproofing, seams, zippers, pockets and specialty fabrics may affect placement or adhesion.

Please provide extra garments when possible. Customer-supplied items are handled with care, but replacement availability and exact garment value cannot always be guaranteed if an item reacts unexpectedly during production. We will explain the applicable terms before accepting the order.

Start with the correct finished size and use the template for the product whenever one is available. Extend background colors and images through the bleed area, keep logos and important text inside the safe zone, use high-resolution images and convert artwork to CMYK when practical. Small black text should use a clean black build, while rich black may be appropriate for larger solid areas.

Before approving the proof, carefully check spelling, phone numbers, addresses, dates, QR codes, image quality, orientation, page order, folds, cut lines and quantities. A digital proof confirms content and layout, but monitor colors can differ from printed output. If exact color matching is important, tell us before production so we can discuss suitable proofing or color-reference options.

Products

A gang sheet combines multiple DTF designs on one transfer sheet so the available print area is used efficiently. It is helpful when you need several logos, names, sizes or small graphics in the same production run and can reduce unused material.

Artwork should be supplied with a transparent background, adequate resolution and enough space between designs for trimming. Customers are responsible for arranging gang-sheet artwork at the correct final sizes unless design or layout assistance is included in the quote. Always verify the finished sheet dimensions before approval.

Samples may be available for selected products, materials and finishing options. Depending on the request, we may show an existing production sample, provide a material swatch, create a digital proof or produce a paid physical prototype.

Custom printed samples can require setup, artwork preparation and production time, so availability and cost vary. Tell us which product, size, material, finish and quantity you are considering, and we will recommend the most useful proof or sample option.

Yes. You may upload finished artwork, customize an available online template or request professional graphic-design assistance. Our team can help create or refine layouts for business printing, marketing materials, signs, banners, apparel and coordinated campaigns.

Design services are quoted separately based on the number of concepts, complexity, supplied content, image requirements and revision rounds. To keep the project moving, provide your logo files, exact wording, dimensions, brand colors, examples you like and the required date at the beginning.

Pricing & Payments

Yes. Many products use quantity-based pricing, so the unit price generally decreases as the order quantity increases. Savings depend on the product, size, material, number of versions, print method, finishing and production setup.

For coordinated campaigns, recurring orders or large quantities, request a custom quote. Combining compatible items or standardizing specifications may improve production efficiency, but separate designs, specialty materials, rush production, installation, delivery and finishing can affect the final price.

Payment is generally required before production begins. Our website accepts supported online payment methods, including major credit or debit cards and PayPal where available. Custom quotes will list the accepted payment method and any applicable processing terms.

Orders are not scheduled for production until payment, final artwork and required approvals are complete. If your organization requires a purchase order, tax-exempt documentation or another approved billing arrangement, contact us before placing the order so eligibility and paperwork can be reviewed.

Because custom products are manufactured to your approved specifications, completed orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged for preference changes, customer-supplied errors or content that was approved in the proof. Please inspect all artwork, quantities, sizes, materials and finishing details before approval.

If you believe your order has a production defect or does not match the approved specifications, contact us promptly after delivery or pickup and keep the product and packaging available for review. We may request photographs or a physical inspection. When an error is confirmed to be our responsibility, the appropriate remedy may be a reprint, repair, credit or refund based on the circumstances and applicable policy.

Miscellaneous

Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, material availability, finishing, number of artwork versions and current production schedule. Many standard jobs can be completed within several business days, while booklets, specialty signs, large installations and multi-product projects may require more time.

Production time begins only after payment, print-ready artwork and final proof approval are received. Shipping or delivery time is additional. If you have a firm event or mailing date, tell us before ordering; rush production may be available for certain products, but it must be confirmed in writing and may include an additional fee.

You can order eligible products directly through our website by selecting the specifications, quantity and finishing options, then uploading artwork or using an available design template. For custom, multi-product or specification-sensitive work, submit the Request a Quote form with the product, dimensions, quantity, artwork status, delivery location and required date.

You may also contact or visit our Sacramento shop for assistance. Production begins after we confirm the specifications, receive payment and obtain final artwork approval. Please do not assume a deadline is reserved until the schedule has been confirmed.

Yes. Local pickup is available from our Sacramento location after you receive confirmation that the order is complete. Pickup instructions and available hours will be provided with the completion notice; arriving before confirmation may result in the order not being ready.

Bring the order name or number when possible. For large signs, banners, boxes or displays, make sure your vehicle has enough clean cargo space and bring appropriate tie-down materials. Local delivery or shipping may also be available depending on the order and destination.

Contact us immediately if you need a change. We can usually revise specifications or artwork only before the order enters production. A change may require a new proof, updated pricing, additional payment and a revised completion date.

Once printing, cutting, finishing, ordering of special materials or installation preparation has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible. Approved proofs are treated as authorization to produce, so review every detail carefully before approval.

Submit a Request a Quote even if the exact item is not shown online. Sunlight Graphics supports custom sizes, specialty materials, coordinated print packages, signs and displays, branded apparel, finishing, installation and other project-specific solutions.

Include a description, dimensions, quantity, intended use, indoor or outdoor location, preferred material, artwork status, delivery address and required date. Photos, sketches or reference examples can help us evaluate feasibility and recommend the right production approach.

Yes. Installation may be available for signs, window graphics, wall graphics and other approved display products in Sacramento and surrounding service areas. Availability depends on the surface, height, access, site conditions, permitting requirements, installation method and schedule.

Before quoting, we may need measurements, site photographs or an on-site survey. The customer is responsible for identifying property rules, landlord approvals and permit requirements unless those services are specifically included. Surfaces should be clean, sound and suitable for adhesion; removal of old graphics, repairs, lift equipment, travel and after-hours work may add cost.

Sunlight Graphics currently operates from one Sacramento location at 2531 Alta Arden Expy, Sacramento, CA 95825. We serve businesses and organizations throughout Sacramento and nearby communities through local pickup, eligible delivery, shipping and on-site services when available.

Our service-area pages describe many of the communities we regularly support, but you do not need to be located within a listed city to request a quote. Provide your delivery or installation address so we can confirm availability, travel requirements and scheduling.

Solutions

We support contractors and home-service companies, corporate and professional offices, government and public agencies, schools, healthcare practices, hospitality and event organizations, nonprofits, automotive businesses, real estate teams, sports programs, restaurants and retailers.

Each industry has different communication, compliance, durability and scheduling needs. We help select a coordinated mix of printed materials, signs, displays, apparel and fulfillment options that fits the organization’s audience, work environment and campaign goals.

A product is one individual item, such as a business card, banner or yard sign. A coordinated solution combines the right products, specifications and production schedule to support a larger business objective such as a grand opening, hiring campaign, property listing, construction project, conference or recurring marketing program.

Our team can coordinate sizes, materials, colors, artwork versions, quantities, finishing and delivery so every item works together and presents a consistent brand.

Yes. Multi-product projects may combine business printing, brochures, postcards, booklets, signs, banners, displays, window graphics, branded apparel and direct-mail pieces under one coordinated plan.

Provide a complete item list, quantities, artwork status, delivery locations and required dates at the beginning. We will identify compatible production steps, organize proofs and recommend a schedule. Separate materials or installation work may have different turnaround times, so early planning is important.

Yes. We can recommend sizes, paper stocks, coatings, sign substrates, banner materials, display hardware, apparel-decoration methods and finishing options based on how and where the finished item will be used.

Tell us whether the project is indoor or outdoor, temporary or long-term, viewed up close or from a distance, transported frequently, mailed, installed or exposed to weather. Budget, quantity, artwork, brand requirements and required date also help us make a practical recommendation.

Services

Yes. Our design support can include new layouts, artwork cleanup, resizing, file setup, brand-consistent adaptations and preparation of supplied content for print. We can help with business materials, marketing pieces, signs, banners, displays, apparel graphics and coordinated campaigns.

Design pricing depends on complexity, supplied assets, number of concepts and revision rounds. Please provide final wording, logos, brand colors, dimensions and reference examples. Design approval is separate from print approval, and production begins only after the final proof is approved.

Yes. We can support printed mail pieces for targeted direct mail and USPS Every Door Direct Mail campaigns, including postcards, flyers, brochures and other eligible formats. Services may include design, printing, bundling and preparation based on the selected mailing program.

Mailing requirements depend on size, weight, route, address data, postage and USPS rules. Provide the campaign area, quantity, audience, artwork status and desired in-home date early so specifications and production timing can be reviewed before printing.

Installation may be available for approved window graphics, wall graphics, signs, panels and displays throughout Sacramento and nearby service areas. The installation method depends on the material, surface, height, access, indoor or outdoor conditions and expected service life.

Photos, measurements or a site survey may be required before quoting. Surface preparation, removal of existing graphics, lift equipment, permits, travel and after-hours work are not automatically included and will be listed separately when applicable.

Yes. Orders may be picked up from our Sacramento shop, shipped or delivered when eligible. Availability and cost depend on the order size, destination, schedule and handling requirements. Pickup or delivery should be arranged only after the order is confirmed complete.

For projects not fully represented online, our custom project support can coordinate unusual sizes, multiple products, specialty finishing, versioned artwork, phased delivery or installation. Submit a detailed quote request so we can review feasibility and build the correct production plan.

Resources

Our Artwork Guidelines page explains common requirements for file format, resolution, color mode, bleed, safe areas, fonts, transparencies and image quality. Following those guidelines helps reduce production delays and unexpected trimming or output issues.

Requirements can vary by product, especially for booklets, contour-cut graphics, apparel, large-format printing and specialty finishing. Use the product template when available and contact us before designing if you are unsure about the final size or setup.

Templates are available for selected products and sizes to help position artwork, bleed, trim lines, folds, panels and safe areas correctly. Always confirm that the template matches the exact product and selected dimensions before building the design.

Keep template guides on a non-printing layer when possible and remove unnecessary instruction marks before exporting the final file. If a template is not listed, request the specifications before beginning your layout.

Blogs & Printing Tips includes practical articles about print planning, file preparation, branding, signs, banners, apparel, direct mail, event materials and local business marketing. The articles are educational resources designed to help customers make more informed project decisions.

Because production options and project requirements vary, blog content should not replace a product specification or written quote. Contact our team for recommendations based on your exact quantity, material, artwork and deadline.

Visit the Reviews & Testimonials page under Resources to read customer feedback and access Sunlight Graphics’ connected Google review profile. Reviews can provide helpful context about service, communication, quality and project experience.

If we recently completed a project for you, we appreciate honest feedback. For an active order concern, contact us directly first with the order number and details so our team can investigate and respond promptly.

Service options may include shop pickup, delivery, shipping or on-site installation depending on the project.

Our service-area pages provide local information for frequently served cities. Availability still depends on the product, destination, schedule, access and installation requirements.

Yes. The cities shown on our Service Areas page represent communities we commonly support, but the list is not a strict service boundary. Customers outside those areas may still request printing, signs, apparel, delivery, shipping or project support.

Include your complete delivery or installation address when requesting a quote. We will confirm shipping options, travel charges, scheduling and whether on-site work is available for that location.

Local delivery may be available for eligible orders in Sacramento and surrounding communities. Availability, delivery windows and charges depend on distance, order value, package size, handling needs and the production schedule.

Delivery time is separate from production turnaround. Provide the destination, receiving hours, contact person, access instructions and required date before approving the order so delivery can be confirmed in writing.

On-site measurement and installation are available only for approved projects and are not automatically included in every service area. Coverage depends on travel distance, installer availability, site access, surface condition, height, equipment, permits and the type of graphic or sign.

Send clear photographs, approximate dimensions and the complete address for preliminary review. A paid site survey may be recommended before final pricing. Any landlord approvals, property rules or permits must be identified before production unless specifically included in our scope.
