Delivery & Pickup

Eligible orders may be prepared for pickup at the Sacramento print shop, local delivery within the service area, shipping or multi-location fulfillment. Availability depends on the product, order size, package dimensions, destination, access requirements and requested date.

Completed pickup orders are available at Sunlight Graphics, 2531 Alta Arden Expy, Sacramento, CA 95825. Please wait until you receive confirmation that the order is complete and ready before arriving.

Local delivery may be available in Sacramento and surrounding communities, including Elk Grove, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, West Sacramento and other nearby areas. Availability and pricing depend on the exact destination, order size, access conditions and requested date.

Delivery is not automatically included with every order. Delivery, shipping or fulfillment charges and any applicable promotional eligibility are reviewed according to the product, order value, package dimensions, destination and current terms before the order is approved.

An authorized representative may be able to collect the order when the customer provides the person’s name in advance. The pickup contact should know the business or customer name and the relevant order information.

Delivery may be available for eligible large signs, banners, display boards, retractable banners and event graphics. Provide the finished dimensions, quantity, destination, receiving access, loading conditions and required date so the delivery scope can be reviewed.

Shipping may be available depending on the product, package size, weight, destination and required date. Large, fragile, oversized or installation-sensitive products may require special packaging or another fulfillment method.

Yes. Multi-location fulfillment may be available when quantities, destination addresses, package allocations, labels and delivery or shipping requirements are provided before production. Additional sorting, packing and fulfillment charges may apply.

Sunlight Graphics will notify the customer or designated contact after the order has completed production, quality review and packaging. Do not schedule pickup based only on an estimated completion date; wait for the order-ready confirmation.

Provide the product types, quantities, finished dimensions, destination address, recipient name and phone number, preferred date, receiving hours, parking or loading information, stairs or elevator access and any building, venue or department requirements.
